We offer an optional guided experience with plants long valued for their ability to open perspective, deepen self-work, and spark meaningful insight. Always optional, always intentional, and always within a safe, supportive setting.

11. Is this for men only?

Yes. Grithaus is intentionally designed for men who want to go deeper, challenge themselves, and connect with others doing the same.

12. What should I pack for the retreat?

Bring activewear, swimwear for cold plunges, warm layers for cool evenings, hiking/running shoes, a reusable water bottle, and a journal. A detailed packing list will be sent after registration.

13. Do I need prior experience with cold plunges, breathwork, or sound baths?

No. Every session is guided with a clear and supportive approach, ensuring you feel safe, encouraged, and challenged at the right level—whether you’re brand new or experienced.

14. Will there be free time, or is the schedule fully structured?

Each day has a purposeful rhythm of activities and downtime. We balance intensity with moments for rest, reflection, journaling, or quiet conversation.

15. Is there a refund or cancellation policy?

If you can’t attend, you may transfer your spot to a future retreat or to another participant (subject to availability). Refund requests are reviewed individually based on timing and circumstances.

16. How physically demanding is the retreat?

Most activities are accessible to men with average fitness levels. Expect light to moderate exertion through hikes, runs, cold immersion, and breathwork. We encourage you to listen to your body and move at your own pace.
